Photovoltaic Panels Project of 14,2 MW in Center of Romania

Developed by an experienced company, this project is in the ATR (Technical Connection Approval) stage, with a capacity of 14.2 MW, excellently located in Central Romania. Additionally, there is the option to expand the project over an additional 11 hectares, depending on the buyer’s preferences.

The project is currently in the process of obtaining approvals for the construction permit, removing the land from agricultural use, and paying the advance for the grid connection fee.

The 17-hectare land is utilized by the project owner under a superficies contract with subleasing rights for a period of 35 years. There is also the option to conclude a superficies contract for an additional 11 hectares in the same area.
